Conditions

- Ensure doors, windows, gates, and other access points are properly secured when the premises are unattended.
- Declare the correct value of all insured property.
- Promptly notify the insurer of any material changes affecting the risk.
- Take all reasonable steps to prevent or minimize loss.
- Allow the insurer or its representatives to inspect the premises when required.
- Keep records or proof of ownership of insured items where applicable.
- Cooperate fully with the insurer during claim investigations.
